Navigate to the right folder in the navigation area or an entry in the data manager.

Right-click on the folder(s)/entrie(s) and select Export results (.tsv).
If a selection of folders is made (by holding down [Ctrl]/[Shift]) data from all of those folders will be exported. Likewise if for example only one image in the study is selected, then only data for that image is exported when using the export to text.
The text file will include the image name, image location, results, manual data entries, folder structure and meta data location for images that have been exported. Tags associated with the images will NOT be exported.
- Type a name and select a location for the text file and click Save.
Export results per image

Right-click on the entrie(s) and select Export selected results (.tsv).

Export layer data

Navigate to the right folder in the navigation area.

Right-click on the folder(s) and select Batch Export.

Check either MLD and/or TIFF format.
-Visiopharms fileformat MLD is optimized for both speed and quality in Visiopharm, efficiently storing overlays, offsets, and metadata.
-The TIFF contains high-quality graphics capable of supporting multiple layers and pages.

Click on "Select new folder" to select a location for the layer data.

Click Export.
Export an APP

Navigate to the right folder in the navigation area.

Right-click on the folder(s) and select Batch Export.

Check the "APPs" checkbox.

Click on the "Add" button and select the desired APPs.

Click on "Select new folder" to select a location for the APPs.

Click Export.
Export audit log

Navigate to the right folder in the navigation area.

Right-click on the folder(s) and select Export audit log.
The audit log is a chronological list of records that provides a trail of the activities in a database. This includes any additions, changes or removals a user have made within the database.
- Type a name and select a location for the audit log file and click Save.
