Image Analysis

The Image Analysis articles contain information about the functionality of image analysis and image segmentation. This includes sections about Author, Tune and Run APPs, preprocessing, classification and post processing. It also provides information about calculations such as areas, counts, nth order statistics, etc. It furthermore contains all the information in the Image Analysis articles (Crop, Scoring, Database, basic viewing, label drawing, etc.). The standard Viewer module extends to this module when an Engine license is installed.

📄️ QuickStart APPs

QuickStart APPs are a set of prebuilt APPs included in the Visiopharm software that provide an easy entry point to image analysis. Instead of building an APP from scratch, QuickStart APPs are apps that are already trained and set up to produce good classifications for each of their individual use cases (e.g., a QuickStart APP for tissue detection). These apps therefore allow users to get started quickly with their image analysis.

📄️ Batch Analysis

Batch Analysis allows multiple image analysis tasks to be run in a single operation. This is useful when there are a large number of images to be analyzed with the same APP(s). Batch Analysis can be used to analyze images from a single slide or from multiple slides.
