ROI
Outline As ROI
This step will put a ROI around the chosen label.
| Option | Description |

| Label | Choose a label to be outline with a ROI. The Label will stay in the image, and a ROI will be drawn around the edges of the label. |
| To ROI | Choose the ROI to draw. |
Create From ROI
This step will create a label from a ROI.
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| ROI | Choose the ROI that the label should be created from. |
| To label | Choose the label that is to be created from the ROI. |
Change ROI
This step will convert one ROI to another ROI.
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| ROI | Choose a ROI to convert to another ROI. |
| Replace with | Choose the ROI to convert to. |
Enumerate Objects
This step will enumerate objects of the same label and/or ROI. The step changes the chosen label/ROI to sequential labels/ROIs.
- Objects
- Label - If chosen, objects with this label will be enumerated.
- ROI - If chosen, objects with this ROI will be enumerated.
- Output
- Select how the enumeration should be done. If As ROIs is chosen, the output will be sequential ROIs. If As labels is chosen, the output will be sequential labels. Start from is the ROI/label number which the enumeration is started with.
- Direction - Select the direction of the search for objects in the image.
